Jodi first became
interested in photography in 1985. She participated in a beginning
photography class and fell in love with the medium. She has continued
to take more classes and workshops for the past seventeen years. She
has experimented with various forms of photography from black and
white to color polaroid transfers and hand-tinting.
Jodi’s work tends to have an “edge” to it. She sometimes incorporates
elements such as bones, masks, tattoos and various props to convey a
sense of the surreal or peculiar. Recently, Jodi has combined her
passion for photography with her love of animals in the “Fuzzy Dog
Project”.
